We are offering a very unique, specialized, and personalized program.  To assess the suitability to the program, a consultation session is required so you can learn more about our program and we can learn more about your child as well.   :)

Preparation

Before our consultation session, please fill in this online form so we can learn more about your child.  This form will take about 15 minutes to complete.

In the first 30 minutes of the consultation session, we will be interacting with your child to assess your child's profile and the most suitable plan.
